Get Your Groove AND Your Craft On This Saturday!

There's a great event coming up at the Lo Pub this Saturday that Sew Dandee is sponsoring! Here's the details from the organizer, Mama Cutsworth herself!
Hello fans of crafts and music!
We here at Drop The Needle HQ are very much looking forward to seeing your fine selves this Saturday, January 30 at the Lo Pub (330 Kennedy Street, in the Hostel International building)!

If you haven't seen our event invitation yet, check it out here.

Some things to look forward to:

8 pm - doors open, and our mini-workshop on KNITTING with artist KRISTIN NELSON begins shortly after! Bring spare knitting needles and yarn. Attend and earn your knitting MERIT BADGE!

11 pm - everyone who enters our doors also enters in the draw for a HAND-KNITTED PRIZE, graciously donated by Mariver!

11 pm - 2 am - DJ CO-OP drops the needle on the music!

Don't forget to bring any craft you're working on for the night! Any type of craft is welcome. There will be many tables with desk lamps for your visual needs.

Local designer Melissa Turner has been a busy girl expanding her line of bags and brought in a few for Sew Dandee yesterday!

She hopes to get more made up in the next little while to bring by the store so, stay tuned for photos!

Custom Images Are In The Works At Sew Dandee

Ok, so I've got the heat press! I've got the transfer paper! Now all I need is my Photoshop disc to arrive, get trained on using it and then I'll be able to offer custom images on shirts! So, stay tuned for the offical launch of Sew Dandee's custom image services! Here is a sneak peak of the cuteness I'll be able to deliver with custom iron on transfers!
