Okay, my supporters. I need you now more than ever. I'm about to sign on for another two years here at 105 Osborne. You may or may not know that the past few years have not been awesome in the way of sales for Sew Dandee, despite all of your love and support. I certainly am not looking to go home to a million dollar home and roll around in all my money but with consistent costs of operations going up, I need my sales to do the same to keep this a viable business. And the money spent at the shop not only pays my personal bills but it also goes back into the handmade community of all the local makers and artists whose work I sell. It means a great deal to me to offer a venue for these makers and I'll do whatever I can to keep that relationship going.
Over these next couple years, I'm going to do everything I can to meet the demand of my cherished customers, bring in new and fresh locally made creations and bust my ass to find some new Sew Dandee supporters!
That's where I'm hoping you will all come in. If you love the shop and what I'm doing, please tell your friends, family, neighbors, pen pals, pets and everyone in between! If you're on Facebook, Twitter or have a blog of your own, I would be so grateful if you posted some Sew Dandee links to your followers and friends. My business runs on word of mouth and referrals as my advertising budget is minimal to none. While you're doing that, I'll be listening to all of your requests, suggestions and constructive criticism that will allow Sew Dandee to keep on rockin' in the handmade world! Okay... that was a bit lame. Sorry 'bout that. ANYWAY! Thank you in advance for your continued support and please, let me know what you want to see/do/buy at Sew Dandee and I'll do whatever I can to make it happen! You're all so awesome and so appreciated!
