I have to admit, this is my new favorite crafty creation available at Sew Dandee! Local crafter, Chandra Mayor of Head In The Oven Aprons has revived a classic craft in the form of the COOLEST aprons I've ever seen! She seeks out unique, vintage aprons from anywhere and everywhere and pain-stakingly and lovingly hand embroiders lyrics from hits of the 80s. And the cleverness is almost painful! Lyrics such as 'Pour Some Sugar On Me' and 'Whip It Good' are just the tip of the witty iceburg.

These pieces of wearable art are fully functional AND machine washable, too. And not only can you look retro and hip in the kitchen, they also look fantastic worn as tops or layered over a skirt, dress or leggings. You can wear it while whipping up a batch of cupcakes and then run out the door for a night out of dancing!
